Notice on Interview Arrangements for International Student Admissions (2025) of Gansu Vocational College of Communications

To All Applicants, 

According to the 2025 international student admissions plan of our college, the interview arrangements are hereby notified as follows: 

I. List of Interviewees

After preliminary review, the following applicants (see Attachment) have been shortlisted for the interview. Please attend as required. 

II. Interview Time 

June 23, 2025 (Monday), 2:30 PM 

(Individual time slots will be notified via email/Wechat. Please ensure your contact information is accessible.) 

III. Interview Requirements 

Online interview (Platform: Tencent Meeting) 

Meeting link and login details will be sent to you 1-2 days before the interview. 

Conducted entirely in Chinese – Applicants must answer all questions in Chinese. 

IV. Interview Scoring (Total: 100 points) 

Language proficiency (30%) 

Comprehensive ability & logical thinking (30%) 

Professional knowledge & learning potential (20%) 

Cross-cultural adaptability (20%) 

V. Interview Procedure

1. Arrive 15 minutes early and wait in the online meeting room. 

2. Identity verification by staff. 

3. Proceed in order and exit the meeting after completion. 

VI. Interview Rules 

1. Bring your original passport for verification. 

2. Ensure stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and keep the camera on throughout.  

3. Enter the Tencent Meeting on time. Latecomers or no-shows will be disqualified. If unable to attend due to personal reasons (e.g., illness), it will be treated as absence. 

4. No written materials, external references, or assistance allowed. Violations will result in disqualification. 

5. Dress formally, behave appropriately, and follow examiners’ instructions. 

6. Brief note-taking is permitted. Answer within the allotted time and stop immediately when time ends. 

VII. Additional Notes

Absence without prior notice will be considered voluntary withdrawal. 

Results will be announced within 5 working days via the official website or email.
